Important Update Regarding Sales to EU Customers

We regret to inform you that, due to upcoming changes in European Union legislation, Nervosa Games will no longer be able to process sales to customers based in EU countries or Northern Ireland starting December 2024. This change is a direct result of the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), which introduces new and stringent requirements for businesses selling manufactured products within the EU.

The GPSR has a significant impact on small businesses like ours. The costs and administrative burdens required to comply with the new regulations make it nearly impossible for us to justify continuing sales into the EU market. These new obligations are essential for larger businesses, but unfortunately, for a smaller company like ours, they would put an unsustainable strain on our operations.

We understand how disappointing this news may be, and we want to assure you that we are actively exploring all avenues to resume sales to the region as soon as we can find a viable solution.
